I tried changing my spark plugs, but the ignition coils felt totally stuck, its like they were seized in place. Has anyone else run into this before? I am curious how you managed to loosen them without breaking anything
@Rhinorr_ yep, that's super annoying, I've been there. I usually do twist and pull (Gently but Firmly). don't just pull straight up. then, carefully pry if twisting isn't enough. Sometimes it just takes time. Wiggle it, pull a little, try twisting again, and be patient. Don't yank!

I was mostly pulling straight up, no wonder it felt stuck. I'll try twisting and wiggling next time, maybe spray some penetrating oil first to loosen things up

A little penetrating oil or silicone spray can help, but you'll probably get more benefit from just being patient and working it free.
You're on the right track with the twisting and wiggling, that's really the trick!
Also try giving the coil a good twist back and forth to break that seal.
Some would use a long screwdriver or pry bar with a rag on the valve cover for leverage, but be careful not to crack anything!
The worst case is if the boot rips off, leaving the bottom half on the plug. If that happens, you'll need a special spark plug boot puller, or you can try to carefully cut it off.
